With a PostBox rental, you will get a physical street address where you can receive mail and packages or official company address. That mail will be scanned for you to view on your phone or computer, whatever you decide to forward, recycle, shred, or pick it up from location you choose.
HOW DOES A POSTBOX WORK?
- Step 1. Contact us to select a mailbox address that fits your needs and give us information about you or your company so we can prepare contract
- Step 2. Once the paperwork is complete, you can Start receiving mail and packages.
- Step 3. When mail and packages arrives we will contact you trough email, phone... and inform you about your parcel and give you to choose one of 5 available options:
- Option 1. Open mail, scan it, send it on your email address,
- Option 2. Keep it like this till you decide to take it,
- Option 3. Shred it / Destroy it,
- Option 4. Recycle,
- Option 5. Forward it on address by the courier you choose (DHL, TNT, UPS, Regular Post...).*
- Step 4. Once you decide of preferred options we will act according to your requirement.
*Forwarding mail cost is charged by courier cost policy.
The price of PostBox is 50,00 € + VAT monthly. Forwarding mail cost is not included in monthly price. Payments date is till 5th of the following month.
